Carmen Guide offers services in Hospitality Management & Consulting, Wedding Planning, Vacation Rental Management, and Online Travel Agency support. Each project or booking will include a written agreement specifying the scope, deliverables, and timelines.
2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate details for weddings, rentals, or travel bookings.

Any delays in approvals or required information may affect delivery timelines and costs.

For wedding planning, clients are responsible for ensuring legal documentation and permits are obtained where necessary.
3. Payments & Fees

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, or full payment, will be communicated prior to service initiation.

All payments must be made as per invoice deadlines.

Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
4. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Refunds may be subject to vendor and partner cancellation policies.

Changes in bookings or plans may incur additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property

Wedding designs, itineraries, or property management materials remain Carmen Guide’s intellectual property until final payment is made.

Once paid in full, clients may use deliverables for their intended purposes.
6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential business, personal, or financial information.

Disclosures will only occur when necessary to fulfill services or comply with the law.
7. Limitation of Liability

Carmen Guide is not responsible for unforeseen events such as natural disasters, vendor failures, or travel disruptions.

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.
8. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice.

Clients must pay for services completed up to the termination date.

Refunds for prepaid services not delivered may be issued at Carmen Guide’s discretion.
